Sport Initiatives
Seasonal Athlete Registration Process (Q1): Transitioning athlete registration to a seasonal model, providing schools with flexibility and enhanced security.
Schools can make registration changes without affecting previous seasons.
Strengthened security allows schools to manage their own edits and updates.
Added Athlete Streams and Metrics to the Season Rollover tool.
Option to create athlete registration pages from scratch and assign them to metrics.
Athletic Therapist Workflows (Q2): Expanding on the 2024 progress in Injury Tracking Functionality to enhance workflows for Athletic Therapists and medical staff.
Introduce sport-specific "view roster" access for streamlined team management.
Enhanced Injury Tracking features for improved reporting and monitoring.
Integrated Calendar functionality to facilitate appointment scheduling and coordination.
Communication Tool Improvements (Q3): Developing a centralized communication system to improve efficiency and engagement.
Unified messaging platform combining SMS and email tools.
Group messaging by roster, custom groups, metric status, or stream.
Reusable message templates for future use.
Improved logging for message details, recipients, and delivery status.
Coaches Portal update for limited access to the messaging tool.
Athlete Profile Enhancements (Q4): Creating a centralized profile for career-long athlete information.
Static information was removed from yearly registrations.
View data from multiple years without switching seasons.
Improved functionality for awards, AFAs, and eligibility tracking.
Recreation Initiatives
Rec Notification Enhancements (Q1): Enhancing notification capabilities with new parameters and expanded support for SMS notifications.
iWork Menu Redesign (Q2): Redesigning and enhancing iWork menus to modernize the user experience.
Mobile-Friendly Public Website (Q3): Launching a mobile-optimized General Public site to improve usability and create a seamless client experience.
Financial Improvements to Deferred Revenue (Q4): Streamlining and improving financial processes related to deferred revenue for greater transparency and efficiency.
